My grand-daughter (Evie) is 6 months old and we celebrate every milestone as she grows and develops. From learning to roll over to learning to repeat “da da da da da da da da” a dozen times in a row….we enjoy almost a daily video of each new accomplishment.
Why do we stop celebrating our daily growth in adulthood?
Be careful not to settle in. Every day should bring a new opportunity to learn something new…and be able to identify a new skill acquired.
How are you developing as a project manager these days? What have you learned?
If you can write down a specific new recent accomplishment, then celebrate. If not, then resolve to learn something new (and learn it tomorrow). Then repeat.
