Last weekend, I was a roving customer support center during our Christmas event. There were a dozen people who were ready to call me and ask questions…and I needed them to not roll over to voicemail during the critical moments (it slows my phone down to a crawl while voicemails are downloaded).
I found a trick here that told me how to forward my calls…but only when I am on another call and hit the “ignore” button. That allowed my wife to take my calls and be my backup since she was traveling with me between sites. We were like a mobile call center!
Here is the secret code:
*67*1234567890# and tap “Call” (where 1234567890 is the phone you want to receive your forwarded call)
Cancel with #67# and tap “Call”
I hope you find this helpful.
