Yes, Jesus cares about each one of us individually. But, numbers still matter in the Kingdom of God.
- Higher attendance in church represents more people who hear the truth of God’s Word. Those who say attendance doesn’t matter are ignoring those who are sitting at home and missing out on what God has to say to them.
- Higher giving in church represents more ministry that is accomplished in the world. More giving represents a higher level of obedience by those who attend. Those who say money doesn’t matter are ignoring the good work that is done with the tithes and offerings given to the church.
If numbers don’t matter to God, why did He tell us that Jesus fed the 5,000?
