Peyton Manning – who just won the 2016 Super Bowl – will make well over $20M this year.
Brock Osweiler – his backup – will make slightly over $1M. He is being paid 5% of Peyton’s income and yet:
- He had the same position
- He had to train just as intensely as Peyton
- He had to be ready to play at every moment in every game
If you aren’t the starting QB of your position, stop blaming everyone else. It’s time to train and become good enough that someone would want to call you and invite you to join their team.
(This is the kind of genius inspiration our staff gets from Kevin Myers!)
Thanks for listening.
