Bill Hybels is one of my all-time most admired leaders. He is the founding and senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, one of the largest and most influential churches in America. He has been pivotal to my development as a pastor, consistently delivering wise and powerful leadership lessons.
Our pastoral and leadership staff have been reading his book “Leadership Axioms“. This book contains 76 short, easy to read, and thought provoking proverbs. These lessons extend beyond church environments and apply to most any leadership role.
This morning, our team met and shared the axioms that most impacted our lives. The discussions at my table revealed Hybels’ ability to deliver the goods!
I recommend that you add this book to your reading list and move it to the very top!
Thanks for listening.
