Every company…every organization is searching for top performing people to reward.
That might seem counter intuitive in today’s economy. Money is tight…and budgets are shrinking and not growing. However, if you think about it…when the chips are down and money is tight…that is precisely when employers are looking for people who repeatedly perform above and beyond expectations.
Contrary to what you may think…an employer WANTS to pay more money to keep an employee who outperforms everyone else. After all, a high performing employee creates more profit for the company. They grow the business. They satisfy customers.
The question is: “Are you willing to become what they are willing to pay for?”
If so, then just do it. The pay will follow.
