While there, I was taught (actually re-learned) an important lesson. Once traffic started arriving Sunday morning, we discovered that one of our fundamental assumptions was incorrect. A major part of our plan was blown. But, we still experienced great success.
Why? Because the mere act of taking control of the traffic was a huge improvement. The lesson is this: Any plan is better than no plan.
But don’t settle for that. The plan must be improved every time it’s executed.
