I recently heard a suggestion that there are 3 kinds of people (financially).
- The rich, who can leverage hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) at a blink of an eye. They can make an instant decision to buy a building or a yacht.
- There are others who can make a rapid decision to float $10,000 for a car loan (or other purpose) and not lose any sleep over it.
- Everyone else, who can only afford what they can buy with the cash in their pocket. They can’t borrow money with any certainty they could pay it back.
Can you find yourself in this list? Do you find yourself envying those who are financially above you? Have you made good financial decisions to be where you are in the list?
Thanks for listening.
